FUNCTIONS

“EGR” clamps ensure a tight fitting between a metal flared pipe-end and a metal pipe-end at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +400°C.

These clamps are highly resistant to automotive fluids and corrosion (salt spray test resistance over 1 000 hours).

For some applications, they can be combined with a gasket in order to further improve the tightness of the connection.

CLIC® GR CLAMP

Clamp made of austenitic stainless steel.

Excellent cost/performance ratio (axial force of 250 daN).

The locking system of the CLIC®  GR clamp ensures a robust tightening.

The clamp is compact.

The CLIC®  GR clamp has a pre-tightening peg to facilitate fitting.

Quick and easy fitting (1 second) with manual or pneumatic pliers.

Visualization of proper clamping.

The hinge makes it possible to open the clamp in order to facilitate fitting.

The clamp is easily removable.

CLIC® R 109GR CLAMP

Clamp made of stainless steel.

Resistant to high stresses: axial force over 800 daN.

Excellent cost/performance ratio.

The locking system of  the CLIC®  R109 GR clamp ensures a robust

tightening.

The clamp is compact.

Quick and easy fitting (1 second) with pneumatic pliers.

The pre-tightening peg makes it easier to position the clamp on the application.

NEMO® GR CLAMP

Resistant to high stresses: axial force of 450 daN for a clamping to

5Nm.

Easier fitting thanks to the disengageable housing of the NEMO®

worm-drive clamp.

Band width 9 mm, available in W3 and W4 stainless steel versions.
