Here is our new “Industrial” catalog, designed especially for you; it will allow you to rapidly choose the products you need from an extensive assortment adapted to your particular sector of operations.
Whether you specialize in electrical, home appliances, HVAC, or other trades such as railway, lighting, electronics, furniture manufacturing, elevators, tools, or agricultural machinery… this catalog was made for you.
We have essentially compiled a selection of more than 500 references in our general catalog: all the standard fasteners that you will need to assemble, protect, or connect your products or equipment. We have adapted our organization to keep these references in stock. One glance at the selection guide (page 6-7) and you will discover our standard product lineup, easily identifiable by function.
Alongside this standard offering, we provide you with a choice of surface treatments: color and finish, available upon request. We know who you are and know that our attachment-and assembly systems need to be integrated into highly variable environments.
Should you wish to further personalize your equipment, you can always turn to our network of distributors. And if it’s a particular product more closely adapted to your manufacturing process that you’re after, the distributors will be happy to put you in touch with our servicing experts to design the product you need.

Our selection guide is on page 6-7.
You can use the double-entry table to identify the product family you need:
• The first column shows the type of products to be fastened: cables, tubes, panels, trim pieces, etc. They are grouped by the following functions:
- assembling,
- protecting,
- connecting
Each function is identified by a colour code, which matches the colour coding used in
the catalogue pages.
• The top row indicates the element to be fastened to: tube, panel edge, panel hole...
Each type of element is identified by a pictogram, found in the catalogue pages and used to confirm your selection. Simply match what you want to fix with what you want to mount it on and you’ll find the product line you need… with a reference to the appropriate page number in the catalogue.
Choosing the right surface treatment
Sometimes it can be hard to choose the right surface treatment, depending on the function and location of the part. A few points should therefore be classified with your quality and production departments, in liaison with your sales person:
- Type of assembly: manual or automatic
- Corrosion resistance: how many hours?
- Environment in which the assembly is located: saline or polluted atmosphere?
- Colours: Will the part be visible? What colours are available?

• Assembly line support by our staff
ARaymond offers you the service of assembly line-walks. During the walks, our experts closely observe your assembly or production lines in order to help you choose the fastening system best-suited to your requirements, optimize your manufacturing process and reduce the number of references used in your products. Our experts’ prime concern is to improve your productivity.
With our expertise in metal and plastic parts manufacturing, we can design and produce custom parts, in three steps:
- Preparation of the mock-up (1 to 3 units)
We prepare a mock-up, without surface treatment, to define the geometry of the part. Mock-ups of metal parts are made manually. Plastic part mock-ups are produced by 3D printing or sintering (production of plastic components by polymerization).
- Development of a prototype (100 to 500 units)
In the prototyping phase, up to 500 standard parts are made. Metal parts are produced on a bending machine simpler than the machines used for batch production.
